I found this blog on Self Magazines website about how to maintain a healthy diet while not having to sacrifice the foods you love. It is a very informative blog and tracks the eating habits of a specific person. This person was hired by the magazine and is a Dietician who is into fitness and exercising. The blogs point is to show people who are very active how and what to eat. This women blogs everyday about what she eats and takes pictures of her food, which she posts on the blog. Under the pictures are the nutrients facts, kind of like a nutrition label, for that specific food.
